What is the most positive thing you've learned in the Army?

I thought today I would try to post a question, to elicit
responses: What is the most positive thing you've
learned in the Army?

Personally, I've learned alot about myself and others.
But, I think the greatest thing I've learned is that
all of us are in this together, Reserve, Regular, and
civilians. I think that because of the Army I can
look at others, some of whom I don't know well and
think, "Hey if I help out this guy today in my small
way, maybe he'll pass it on to somebody else tomorrow."
I'm not saying I'm a Saint, because I'm not, however
I think that sense of awareness is evident here when
people post problems or questions and strangers offer
assistance.

So, what is the most positive thing you've learned in
the Army?
