If you communicate information, direction and ideas to those above you, around and below you, then let them digest it for a while, they will explore and test the validity of that information and then adopt it as fact and pass it on.

If you keep the information and ideas to yourself and never communicate them to others then they are useless and will be forgotten.

Good leaders and followers are effective communicators.

Lastly, feedback, regardless of its nature is essential to the success of the mission.

Pretty philosophical but less common dog everyday.
