m203 grenade launcher

can anyne tell me what changes are made to the new load carriage vest to coincide with the adoption of the m203 grenade launcher. Any pictures i see have no reference to the grenade launcher, or there is no difference between the normal load carriage vest and the grenadiers vest that American infantrymen wear.
As well can someone give me some info on the new vest and frag vest.
