Just grateful I'm not in anymore. But as a taxpayer this confuses me as
to why this procedure fits within DND's budget but providing the
SOLDIERS with better equipment doesn't. Most likely because this fits
within the political correctness that is plagueing and tearing our armed
forces apart.
