Of course camouflage. While the statistics aren't in yet about the incidence of parading around in jock straps, I'll bet there are those who do indulge in a bit of 'parading' who will sleep a little easier if their packages are well protected and hard to detect. (Although for some this may have nothing to do with camouflage at all).
Yes - it must be camouflage, if only to reassure our NATO allies that our R&D; is still up to snuff, and that we are fully committed as an army to state of the art clothing and equipment. After all isn't that the message we're sending with the Combat Bra?
