I'll also respond to your other post about the video. I was going to ask you if you discussed the video at all; obviously you did. And that was the point - the video was not to stand on its own, but to stimulate conversations like the one you had. In my LDA session, a Major and the CO himself both participated in the discussion. I agree that that is kind of a treat, and that alone is healthy.

And you are right when you say that it's an ass covering thing. Of course it is. But it also does it's job of making people a little bit more aware of the whole issue of sensitivity. There are going to be people who ignored the whole thing - probably the ones that needed it the most, right?

Should the Army spend a whole lot more time on the issue. I don't think so. Everyone has had their reminder, and hopefully we can all go back to doing our jobs.
