Well, if YOU had done so yourself, you would know CF members do not receive pay/"top up" payments for the full six months - instead, they receive only UI benefits during the last several weeks.
On the other hand, federal civil service members receive pay/"top up" payments for the entire six months.
Therefore, unless you know about some new policy and the pay clerks do not, federal civil servants receive maternity benefits well above and beyond what CF members receive.
There - how can I be any clearer?
Before you "call the kettle black" by saying rude things like "Stop bashing about over something you have not taken the time to fully investigate or be forwith in detail!!", perhaps you might want to "fully investigate" it yourself, and avoid embarassing yourself (but, then again, you already did exactly that, since you were not "forwith" enough to sign your own name, or post a valid return e-mail address).
