Gentlemen (and I use the term loosely); I appreciate what both of you (Mr. Dorosh and Troopie) are saying and I WILL take the training (wether I want to or not) but if you had read my first post regarding Kommisars I find it appalling that a facilitator is required to ensure that the CO's get it right. This smacks of all the things that made the Red Menace the enemy that it was (or is, or whatever).

I relish the opportunity for soldiers to have a leadership bull session because it just might rattle a few cages that need shaking, opening or smashing.

It's not the training...it's the massive ass covering, armour-plating careerists that are trying to keep the lid on a seething pot of bullshit that threatens to splash them with crap if it ever boils over! If the top of this shit pile ever stops trying to 'download' the causes of piss poor leadership on to the rank and file and starts doing their jobs, maybe we might be able to save the CF from itself. I remain hopeful, but my hopes are being dashed at a constant rate.
