The latest rumour I've heard is the figures the government was presented by the SCONDVA report. In it the recommendations included a 10% increase for entry-level personnel (Privates and Lieutenants) and 6% for all Other Ranks and Captains. Senior officers (Major and above) would receive lesser amounts, decreasing to 2% for the higher ranks.

That's a fairly good one but it's not money in the bank until the Budget Speech is made this month.
