The one we've been hearing for the last couple of months is 10% to 5% for Pte's to MCpl's (decreasing as rank increases). Mind you, it's all subject to Treasury Board approvoal, which could mean next week or next Century. Oh, ok, not NEXT century, but a couple of years after that (you get my drift!).
