Most decent libraries should have a copy; I know the University of Calgary does. If the book is out of print, and there are no plans to reprint it (perhaps Mr. Johnson can confirm this for you), there is no harm in photocopying the book for your own personal use. Other than that, keep trying the used book stores. I am still looking for C.P. Stacey's books, and have had a little bit of success in finding some. Also, try gun shows and antique shows. Often you will find good books on sale there.
