I would have to say yes. This is purely indicative of the poor leadership within the army and the PPCLI. One would think that Somalia would stay in its place eight years ago, but apparently the ghosts are still haunting the CF. This is quite apparent with the multiple civil lawsuits that are pending against or being appealled by NDHQ. One would hope that the senior officers would finally get it right. If this were a private corporation, all the senior vice-presidents would have lost their jobs by now. Unfortunately, in the CF, one gets to sit on their cushy butt while the lowly private has to suffer for the sorry excuse for leadership that is found in the officer cadre. Where was the RSM in all of this?!! That's what I would like to know.
