What follows is all I can find. Other, knowledgable people here, can let you know what the address is for the WWI vetern affairs archives where you might find specific info on your relative. No. 3 Stationary Hospital was mobilized in London Ontario, Feb 1915 under Lt Col H.R. Casgrain. Arrived England in Apr and saw duty in Moore Barracks with No 2 Casualty Clearing Station until sailing for the Mediterranean Aug 1916. It was the largest, reaching 1090 beds in 1918. (Original plan was 200) It was in Doullens (actually in an old fort well apart from the town) from 11-11-16 till 18-8-18. The official history written in 1925 places the unit in Arques from 8-10-18 till 28-2-19, under the command of Lt Col C.H. Reason. I can't explain the dates. More specific details of patients is not available. Hope this helps a bit.
