Your point should be well taken by CF members, regular AND reserve. You should always voice your concerns, and be aware of your rights in medical care. However... the CF 98 is not for every time you get hurt. It initiates a mini investigation right then and there into the incident, the military's responsibility and potential long term problems. Get a bad injury playing soccer during PT? Make sure they remember the CF98. Burnt your finger a bit on the BBQ on the weekend? Settle for an antiseptic cream and a friendly reminder that men can wear oven mitts, too.
