The only people that get rich at banks are the top 2 percent. The majority of us can't even get on full time - the bank only puts people on contract, even though they are, in effect, full time positions. I've been on contract with Scotiabank going on 3 years now. Other than that, the people are great to work with, and of the 200 people at my branch, at least half are racial minorities, and probably 75 percent are women.

Sound to me like I have to agree with Lindsay - money man probably went in with an attitude and wondered why he got such lousy service.
