You have left out some information.
1. What gender are you? If female you have quite a few areas for redress not to mention inappropriate behavour.
2. If male there is the aspect of possible danger from being poked by a blunt object which could cause possible injury.
3. You should take this to the individual who did it and tell him that you did not like what he did. It is up to you to speak up.
