I agree with your ideas. The only problem is, no one knows or cares about how crappy the LSVW is, and no one will know or care if the government buys us another rapid-to-rust tonka toy.

The public at large has no idea we have a crap truck. I haven't seen one TV or newspaper article about it. I haven't heard the auditor general say anything about it and I bet that not one member of parliament even knows what an LSVW is.

So be realistic and don't get your hopes up. Either that or get out there and raise some conscience about it.
