To Shaking my head. Your second to last paragraph says it all. If what you relate is the common practice or perception, then things have really changed in the forces. I have been out for the past 14 years and can only make reference to the professionalism that was practiced from that time. I find it difficult to comprehend the requested information was not readily available without having to resort to going to unofficial web sources for official information.
