Basically the tests are:
a step test to measure sub maximal aerobic endurance
a push up assesment, max without stoppping
a sit up assesment, max in one minute and
a grip strength assesment.
Once in, the standards are raised considerably but are easly attainable by someone who is reasonably fit and motvaited towards succeeding. You'll have plenty of opportunity during training to improve and maintain your level of fitness.
