That's not rambling, you're making a lot of sense. Maybe we can't do absolutely everything.
Gawd knows we'll never get the budget to do it. With a strategic plan and dedicated funding
we could pick core efficiencies and necessities required as part of a coalition force and
plan our forces' future accordingly. South of the border, they've given a lot of strategic
thought to future wars. The big flashpoint appears to be Asia, so they're planning for
FIBUA, because of the heavy population density there. At least they have a plan...
