The main question now is HOW will the money be spent? Will the money be put into useful purchases such as equipment or will it be squandered in constructing new armoury buildings? Also is it realistic right now to consider purchases such as aircraft and vehicles? 1.9B is a ton o' cash but is it enough to buy a worth while amount of "big ticket" items?
