Bureaucrats take up 1/3rd of the defence structure in Canada - talk about bloated eh?

Comments like that, from people like that make it clear to be why I'm happy to be out of the CF so I can watch these internal squabbles.

Bureaucrats themselves should make some more cuts - in the coffee procurement.
