You really need to learn the military system before you go and comment on it. ie. Just because someone is a LCol doesn't mean he's a Battalion Commander. If you do the math there are *way* more Pl commanders than Bn CO's...always has been always will be by definition of the position alone.

BUT, you want to see something bloated, take a look at the civie component of NDHQ. Thing that had me rolling was the Personnel Newsletter put out by Adm PER which blazes "Two ADM's for the price of one!" Needless to say, a civie Assoc ADM was promoted to a newly created ADM position and they're coming off like this is a good thing. Even the title shows off the hypocrisy of the move by trying to hide the fact that this little piece of empire building is costing us a whack of dollars. I'm kinda curious to know if the "new" ADM also has Assoc ADM's below and exactly how many more positions were created. Anyone in the Puzzle Palace know and want to tell?
