I have to agree that there certainly is more offrs in the reserves than is necessary to run the units at the size they are at this time and in the regs there are too many at the top and in cozy little make me feel important kind of jobs and believe it or not there are not enough at the pointy end so ncos are covering their posns however who got the 12% raise.
