I know quite a few police officers who simply cannot use their pistols properly and some don't even know who made their 10mm or .40. Some can't hit a barn door at 15 paces. Others are terrified of this "weight" on their hip. The average civilian shooter can usually outshoot a cop on a range. I suspect that for the most part both would be spraying and praying in a real situation. Hi Dav it's been a while. Been busier than a one arm paper hanger.
