Things have been rather slow as of late on this fourm. Where is the fat Ocdt to these days? Maybe he is dug into a bunker for Y2K.

Can someone tell me what is up with these yellow and red cards that soldiers are supposedly being issued in battle schools. Is this a fact is or someone pulling my leg? Is there an offical policy on the use of these cards?
