OTC is Officer Training Centre. You are correct - anyone in an OTC was an officer cadet, bound to become a second lieutenant upon graduation.

Coy is Company. You Americans abbreviate it Co. but in Canada it has always been Coy - kind of a mistake, because some retards actually say the word "coy" when they should be saying "Company". It's a pet peeve, quite frankly.
