Last suggestion for you with reference to your apparent dilemma about what appears to be the Memorial Cross: Contact National Defence Headquarters/Director, Personnel Administration(NDHQ/D Pers A)with as many details as possible. They, along with consultation with Director, Ceremonial and Dep of Vets Affairs should be able to provide you with the information you require.
