Sorry foks - I'm sure you have not been disappointed in my absence. But....recent events force my surface.

Here's an old question - can the Cdn forces handle a peacemaking responsibility, let alone a peacekeeping responsibility, in light of a) domestic presssure B) international pressure c) technological/kit-wise type pressures that I presume are un-disputable in light of today's conflictual environment?.
