The Canadian Commando Course

I dont't know if you have had a chance to see the Infantry Journal, now that it's published. In it there is an article called The Canadian Commando Course. I think I saw somewhere that Canada did have a course called the Commando Course at onr time. Is this true? Can anyone help me out? I have posted the article below.
