Is there anyone out there who can tell me why, after over 20 years of trying, they still have not sorted out the Reserve Pay System? Why can't reservists be paid like the rest of the civilized world and the regular force?

Word has it that McDonald can pay their new employees within two weeks of starting the job. Surely we can do better than the burger jockeys??????

I say that reservists deserve the same pay day consideration as their regular force counterparts.
