I think the comments here shows us that we all have a lot to learn from history, and from those who made it. Look and talk to those who have actually fought for our country. The WW2 vets; the last truly hard core Canadian soldiers. The courtesy they give to fellow soldiers and the attitude they hold is much different from those today.
The comments here speak for themselves, how can our country be protected be such bitter and angry people? Is the moral of the army at such a low point that this is the type of person defending us?
It takes a certain character to be able to defend the weak and protect the helpless. It�s not all about brawn and strength, it�s about strength of character, compassion and understanding.
Shall this army be run by thugs? People who make an attack on people and are so uncertain of there actions that they opt to leave their name out?
I follow the example of those worthy of being followed and I am confident in my actions and thinking. I am never ashamed of what I have to say.
I have answered a call to help protect and defend those who cannot and I do it with others who are there to contribute not detract from the situations.
May we learn from those who have sacrificed much and set them as the example.
