There may be actual 'experts' on this list.  But my civy job has me working 
pretty close with 1 GS Bn in Edmonton at times, and to be honest, the 
majority of them are still trying to figure out their orbat, their jobs, and 
their op responsibilities.  The GS Bn seems to be focused mostly on second 
line from what I've seen, but has to be able to support directly at times.  
I think the best description of the problem at this time is 'state of flux' 
and 'watch and shoot'.
