I have the pay scale from the recruiting centre right here.
For DEO (Direct Entry Officers - ie. those who enter with a 
university degree) starting salary as a Second Lieutenant is 
$2690/month.  The next incentive category is $2918/month followed by 
3146/month. 
For ROTP Entrants, as an Officer Cadet you start out making 
$1097/month, and when you make Second Lieutenant, you start at 
$3146/month.
