Realty asset management is charged to whoever is the support base for
that particular unit's Armoury. For instance, Mewata Armoury in Calgary
belongs to Comd 1 ASG (through CO ASU Calgary), Minto Armoury in
Winnipeg belongs to 17 Wg, 11 Svc Bn/11 Med Coy Armoury belongs to CFB
Esquimalt.
It's a complicated system that is spelled out in each units CFOO.
