Not with a "mere" three hundred and Fifty Million Dollars (gads say that fast
enough and it doesn't seem like much money does it? ;\) you might be able to
purchase say ..75 tanks or so.Attack helos 12-15 if you're lucky.
Not that it would happen the Airforce wants nothing to do with attack helos.And
our political masters view them as completely evil "offensive weapons.this of
course is rather silly because a weapon is neither offensive or defensive
except in the mind of the user.It is a perception nothing more.
