The aim of the Armored Force is to
1. Battle Tank to Tank
2. Hold the FEBA in support of the Infantry & Light
Armored Units.
3. To Assault The Enemy and break through to his lines of
communication (logistics)
4. To Pursue a retreating enemy
4. Reece in force
The Armored Cannon is not an artillery piece, but a direct
flat trajectory hard hitting round.
The Royal Canadian Armored Corps traces its history directly
from the original Calvary units hence all Regimental traditions are completely
different then the Infantry and Artillery Branches.
The Average Tank to Tank engagement win loose or draw is two
and a half minutes win loose or draw.
During WW II Canada Field two completed Armored
Divisions, Two independent Armored Brigades other Armored Regiments some of
which served with British 79th Division ( The Funnies)
